Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we typically begin processing within 24 hours. Due to demand and order volume, it can take up to 48 hours to prepare your DreamSnug™ Passenger Pillow for shipping. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you updated along the way.

Shipping Time

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 6–10 business days

International: 8–12 business days, depending on destination

Shipping Methods

We ship with trusted carriers including Canada Post, FedEx, DHL, and UPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time. We're not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit unless you added Shipping Protection, but if yours hasn't arrived within the expected window, reach out to us at grupni11@gmail.com and we'll help sort it out.
